BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – Premium Travel Morocco
By contracting with Premium Travel Morocco (STAR MOROCCO TOURS) you will be accepting these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you :
Premium Travel Morocco is registered and legal Moroccan Travel Agency under Morocco Star Tours SARL.

with an office in Marrakesh so that we are available, during your holiday, specialized in organizing Morocco tours and tailor made holidays in Morocco.
Please see below for terms and conditions relating to package bookings through our agency.
The following conditions are extremely important, therefore please read them carefully. If you have any queries you should contact our office. For booking your vacation with Premium Travel Morocco you need to confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Premium Travel Morocco serves as an agent to provide you with the best itinerary in Morocco according to your needs, taste and physical level. We can book hotels, transportations, entry tickets, guides, activities…etc and offer you different types of programs at a reasonable price.
2. PERSONAL PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us and we make every effort to ensure that your privacy is respected at all times. .
Our rates are always indicated in USD, EUROS, GBP. Rates also include Sales Tax and Service Charge.
Your will need to make a bank deposit of the following percentage of amount stated in the invoice of reservation:
-25% of payment is required at the time of booking. (Non Refundable Deposit.)
-50% of total payment is due 1 month prior to arrival.
-Full payment is due on arrival.
Please choose from our diverse Morocco Tour programs offered on our website. If you do not find what you are looking for, and you need a program that is more specific to meet your requirements, you can design your own itinerary by filling out the DESIGN-YOUR-TRIP FORM on our website according to your needs.
8. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Please provide us with the following information upon confirmation:
• information of travellers (names/ birth date/ nationality)
• number of guests, number of hotel rooms, and specify details
(such as single/twin/double rooms, smoking/non-smoking…etc)
• passport details of travellers (passport number/ issue date/expiration date and place of issue)
• estimated arrival and departure time
• meal plan (B&B, HB or FB)
• other special requests (if any)
We ask you to kindly re-confirm 1 month prior to your arrival
9. CHILDREN POLICY
The children policies vary per each hotel. Some hotels allow one child sharing parents’ room from while others allow two. Also age of children vary from one hotel to another. Some hotels grant children stay at 50% of the adult price. Some others less. Exact prices will be confirmed at the time of booking / request. At some hotels children are granted 50% off meals while other hotels charge flat rate for meals. Also hotels may apply restricted access times for children into leisure facilities. Kindly ask for all needed details at the time of booking.
10. CANCELLATION / CHANGES BY YOU
– 30 days prior to arrival: 25 % of total bill will be charged
– 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total bill will be charged.
– No show: 100% of total bill will be charged
– No refund will be made for any accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals or service not utilized by any person after the tour has began.
11. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to change the itinerary, or part of it, to postpone it, to alter hours of departure and/or dates according to changing orders of the local authorities, and natural or man-made disasters.
We also reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. In such a case, full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement to the client.
Excluded. We highly recommend all our clients to insure themselves and their belongings. Any injury, damage, or loss incurred beyond the control of Premium Morocco Tours & Travel, or not under its direct control, will be borne by the participants and be their sole responsibility.
13. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
In case you need special requirements for your trip, you will need to let us know of that prior to arrival. Note that special requirements are NOT included in the rate. We will inform you of extra charges of special requirements if any.
14. EARLY MORNING ARRIVAL
The majority of hotels check-in guests after 12:00 noon. Arriving earlier than 12:00 am may result in not having your room ready. It is important to inform us so that the hotel will be informed. Arriving very late night, early morning will result in charging you an extra night so that you guarantee your room upon arrival; for example:
Arrival Date: Feb 10th 2016
Departure Date: Feb 12th 2016
Arrival Time: 02:00 am
No. of Room Nights: THREE (since we have to reserve the room on the 9th to guarantee that your room is ready upon check-in, otherwise you will have to wait until after 12:00 noon)
15. FORCE MAJEURE
Force Majeure means any event which we or the supplier of the service could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events.
We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force majeure.
16. MEDICAL PROBLEMS
If you have any medical problems or disability which may affect your stay you should contact us before booking, giving full details where we will advice you on your best interests if your selected program is unable to properly accommodate your particular needs. Also you can specify exactly what kind of special requirements you might need.
Premium Morocco Travel Agency acts as direct or indirect agent for the clients of any tour, and/or the travel agent who organizes the tour, and the hotels and restaurants, bus companies, and other contractors and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, irregularity or additional expenses that may be incurred.
All participants on these tours are bound by the general conditions, rules and regulations as fixed by the contractors. Any injury, damage, loss, delay, irregularity or additional expenses incurred beyond the control of Premium Morocco Travel Agency, or not under its direct control, will be borne by the participants and be their sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to adjust the contracted rates in case the government increases / decreases the percentage of taxes collected as per Moroccan law without prior notice.
We reserve the right at any time by giving notice in writing to cancel this agreement, should the company fail to fulfill the terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances are the contracted rates to publish on the internet or any other way of advertisement without the specific permission of Premium Travel Morocco.
